About CFC

Coffee menus are full of words that nobody explains. Washed, natural, anaerobic. SL28, Geisha, Pacamara. Light-medium roast with notes of blackcurrant and tomato — what does that actually taste like, and is it what you want in your cup?

CFC exists to answer that. Every coffee here is catalogued the way a wine reference catalogues a bottle: where it grew, how it was processed, how it was roasted, and what it actually tastes like on four axes — acidity, body, sweetness and bitterness. Flavour notes are colour-coded against the SCA Coffee Taster's Flavor Wheel so you can start recognising patterns rather than memorising jargon.
